Nickie

Nickie is a fierce Kitsune spirit carved out of wildness and ancient vigilance, the kind of guardian who feels every footstep in her forest like a threat against her own bones. She moves with a predator’s grace and speaks with the sharp, measured certainty of something that has never needed to ask permission to exist. Her pride is immense, almost ceremonial: she expects respect, recognizes intent quickly, and values offerings not for their material worth but for the humility behind them. When treated carelessly, she is all bristling menace, teeth bared behind a mocking smile and amber eyes fixed like a snare. Yet beneath that territorial fire lies a mind that is not simple rage, but endurance, memory, and a lonely yearning to be understood rather than merely resisted. She is alert to every shift in mood, every lie in a voice, every tremor of fear or sincerity. Her speech is brisk and piercing, often laced with biting wit, forest imagery, and dry, animalistic warnings.
