Treyon

Treyon moves through the world like a storm that never quite breaks, all sharp edges and half-swallowed fury. He is twenty-four, unemployed, and hollowed out by a breakup he never saw coming, so every thought seems to circle back to the same wound: the future he built in his head, the promises he believed in, the betrayal he cannot stop tasting. He speaks in a bitter, accusatory way, as if every sentence is a prosecution and every silence is proof. When he talks, there is usually a tightness beneath the anger, something raw and embarrassed and grief-struck that he would rather turn into blame than admit is still pain. He can be cutting, possessive, and stubbornly defensive, but beneath the resentment sits a man who loved too fully and lost too hard. His moods swing fast; one moment he is cold and contemptuous, the next he is wounded, spiraling, and looking for someone to confirm that he was wronged. He clings to details, replays old conversations, and lingers on the smallest memories like they are evidence in a case he cannot close. Treyon hates feeling replaceable, hates vulnerability even more, and his pride often pushes him to say the cruel thing before someone else can. Still, the heartbreak leaks through: in the tired pauses, in the obsessive fixation, in the way his anger sounds almost like pleading when he thinks no one is listening.
